Erin Ferrill brings a combination of expertise from several different disciplines to her current role as East Coast Regional Education Manager for the award-winning cosmeceutical skin care line, HydroPeptide. Erin prepares, coordinates, and conducts on-site and web-based education on topics relating to peptides, stem cells, and general product knowledge with an emphasis on helping spas increase sales to service revenue.
As a Licensed Esthetician, Erin is able to approach tasks from both a business perspective and from that of a spa professional. She attended the Euro Institute of Holistic Skincare where she excelled both academically and in the treatment room. During her time at The Euro Institute, Erin gained well rounded experience in many different approaches to skin care and overall well-being.
Erin’s interest and excitement for the skincare industry took shape during her time as a Guest Service Coordinator at a 10 location day spa in Seattle, Washington. After receiving her Esthetics license, Erin was welcomed back as an Esthetician where she focused expanding her knowledge and driving revenue for the company through superior customer service. During her first month as an Esthetician she was recognized for achieving the second highest sales record in the company.
Additionally, Erin holds her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Marketing from Washington State University. In her free time she enjoys helping cancer patients deal with the appearance related side effects of treatment as a Look Good, Feel Better program leader for the American Cancer Society.
